A Typical Day for You Might Include:
- Optimizing Performance: Leading teams hierarchically to enhance plant performance.
- Resource Management: Overseeing human and material resources with unionized personnel, ensuring safety and maintaining 5S standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Implementing production line improvement projects through root cause analysis and Lean manufacturing tools.
- Training Personnel: Onboarding and training incoming unionized personnel while promoting flexibility and rotation.
