
The People Excellence COE Partner role works as a partner on behalf of the Talent Acquisition team (Global & MCO) to execute and support initiatives in the MCO.
•Support the execution of global processes. Ensure on an on-going basis that solutions are implemented and executed in a manner that sustains the P&C Operating Model and offers clarity to employees
•Promote and lead continuous improvement efforts related through feedback loops and process improvement ideas and implementation
•Evaluate the effectiveness of local and MCO programs via established KPIs & metrics
•Support the integrity of employee data in collaboration with People Services
•Manage vendor relationships on a per-need basis in close collaboration with TA Partner Latam
•Deliver change management and communication for People-related impacts
•Responsible for MCO systems support & testing
•Serve as the Tier 2 escalation in One Support when applicable
•Support People-related MCO projects
•Proactively encourage all line managers and employees to utilize One Support
RPO:
- In alignment with TA Partner Latam, manage escalations on RPO, propose proper actions addressing the issues as well as continuing following up the implementation of the action plans
- Determining current staffing needs and producing forescast in order to escalate quickly to RPO vendor
- Facilitate RPO implementation locally: onboarding of RPO recruiters, escalate issues to RPO Lead, help with implementation of new tools.
- Ensure follow-up of billing RPO vendor locally
- Prepare MCO KPIs to Business and P&C
- Manage end to end the recruitment processes
- Lead the trainee program as a seedbed of talent
- Provide continuos improvement to staffing process
EVP:
- Design, plan an execute EVP activities in alignment with regional strategy
- Develop engagement programs according to business needs
- Manage and improve the current employee referral program
- Build and develop a strong relationship with Universities
- Promote Sanofi as an employer of choice, participate in events to amplify Sanofi’s presence in the marketplace
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Proven Experience in Talent Acquisition process
- Desirable experience in Employer Branding
- Strategic partnering and consulting skills
- Effective stakeholder management, interpersonal communication and influence skills
- Ability to work and collaborate in an international environment
- Self-driven to achive results
- Good written and verbal English
