Responsibilities The Opportunity The Strategy manager will be responsible for developing and executing plans which include specific deliverables, resources, and timelines for initiatives supporting the DPA team. In this role, you will assist the Digital Products & Applications (DPA) team in developing and coordinating strategic efforts to help inform and promote engagement among employees. Your Impact As Strategy Manageryour scope would consist of Strategic Planning and Execution Work collaboratively with, and support, the Technical Program Management Team and the broader DPA Organization Audit in-flight programs to assess adherence to Global S&T standards and provide a targeted list of recommendations for the team to implement Support the Product Success Lead by providing detailed program tracking for in-flight programs, defining and implementing actions to improve delivery, and preparing materials for executive review Change Management Manage both up and down the personnel hierarchy Analyze data and translate findings into meaningful insights, integrating relevant business knowledge as well as learnings from other projects/sources Deliver timely, zero-defect execution of analysis, with minimal support. Leverage Excel and other quantitative tools for the analytical heavy lifting Clearly communicate the implications of the analysis to senior leadership Hiring & Budgeting Partner with key vendors to identify qualified external delivery resources, interview candidates, and onboard Work with chapter leads and finance to ensure DPA delivers within budget Team Engagement & Communication Support efforts to drive Org Health initiatives (Team events, Rewards & Recognition, training, etc.) Build convincing, persuasive, and logical storyboards Leverage PowerPoint and other tools to create impactful, concise, and powerful communications Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in either Business or Engineering (combination preferred) 8 years of work experience, or 4-5 years of relevant experience either in CPG strategy organizations or with a Top-Tier consulting firm Credible project leader with proven track record for implementing and scaling frameworks, concepts, methods, tools, and processes across both sectors and functions Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate, and deliver clear strategy and action plans Ability to anticipate organizational needs and proactively develop approaches / plans to address gaps Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence senior and executive leadership Ability to work in cross-functional team environments and matrixed organizations Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, people management experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to effectively and concisely communicate with both business and technical audiences If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
