Primary Responsabilities
- Coordinate Calendar of Service Department.
- Coordinate After Sales Cases/Incidents under warranty / No warranty.
- Coordinate Training Program of Technicians Certification.
- Coordinate and Lead Spare Part Policy (Master DataBase, Project offer and after sales support)
- Coordinate L3 - Expert Support of LOB Customer Care Center.
- Services Department Reporting.
- Services Department Financial control.
- Coordinate LOB Service Support with Country/Regional Services Organizations.
- Handover of projects from LOB to Country Local Services Departments.
KPI
- Close Cases on Time.
- After Sales Customer Satisfaction.
- Time Response.
- Track on time Handover projects to countries
- Training program accomplishment
- Maintain Spare Part Master Data Base
- Develop Spare Part Project List
- Department Financial results
About You
- Experience: 3-5 years as a service coordinator of a technical team
- Experience on digitize reporting.
- Experience in managing spare parts
- Experience in international operation valuable
- Valuable electrical knowledge
- Valuable Cooling systems knowledge
- Valuable Control systems knowledge
- Control Systems knowledge valuable
- Experience working worldwide Valuable
COMPETENCY
- English minimum B2.
- Microsoft Office package.
- Able to develop and lead presentations and meetings.
- Skill in tools to organize documentation and plan tasks and resources.
- Skills to digitize and automate department reporting. (excel, SharePoint, power BI,…)
- Customer oriented.
- Autonomous and decision maker.
- Good performance working under pressure.
- Hard work capacity.
- Effective Reporting.
- Valuable Electrical knowledge in power distribution and controls.
- Valuable monitoring/computers knowledge.
