Responsibilities of the Group Talent Acquisition Specialist
In the midst of rapid business growth and expansion, we are seeking a passionate Group Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our very talented and dynamic Group Talent Acquisiton Team! This pivotal role will focus on supporting talent acquisition for senior and executive positions. You will support the development of processes to optimize our global talent acquisition services and lead key recruitment processes end-to-end across various functions.

The role goes beyond transactional recruitment - it will touch upon various aspects of recruitment, HR and the overall business, and will further develop the successful candidate across various areas of expertise! The role will collaborate with the entire Group HR function, interact directly with line managers and business stakeholder. The role will very closely with the Head of Executive Talent Acquisition, and the Head of Group Talent Acquisition.
It will also play a major role in the sustainable development of the company’s expertise in Talent Acquisition, by supporting the development and documentation of best practices and trainings and the review of talent acquisition tools.

Responsibilities:
- For our top leadership and executive recruitment processes across Group and Countries Management Teams, the role will initially shadow, and be coached by, the Head of Executive Talent Acquisition and provide support throughout all stages of the recruitment process, including:
- Preparation for search briefs and kick-off meetings
- Agency selection
- Sourcing and initial mapping of relevant companies
- Profile identification and candidate notes/summaries
- Coordinating and attending candidate meetings and interviews
- Assisting with assessments, referencing, and other operational support activities.
The ultimate goal is having the candidate independently lead executive processes end-to-end - the coaching period will depend on the candidate's experience and ability to develop relationships with our top leadership cross functions and countries.
- Participating in the design and implementation of process improvements and best practices.
- Leading non-executive recruitment processes end-to-end across countries and functions.
- Develop and expand your network and trusted relationships across various functions and geographies.
- Gain deep knowledge of what constitutes great talent and skills across teams, functions, and diverse capabilities.
- Continuously learn and adapt to understand the expertise and competencies required for different roles within the organization.

Candidate profile
Experiences and Qualifications
- Circa 5 year’s experience and excellent trackrecord in recruitment across functions and geographies, including executive/senior headhunting and recruitment (could be in-house and/or agency).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to comprehend and evaluate business concepts such as corporate lifecycle stages, market strategies, and competitive landscapes. Financial acumen to understand related concepts.
- Senior stakeholder management experience and ability to project maturity and credibility
- Strong customer services mindset, attention to details.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Proven ability to handle pressure and complex situations with demanding stakeholders
- Experience of LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates.
- Experience in multinational environments having worked on projects remotely with international stakehodlers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish language is a very strong advantage as the role will be based in Madrid (other locations could be envisaged, primarily for internal candidates).
