In this role you’ll lead the development and implementation of marketing technology
platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand and enhance user behavior,
define, and enable personalized digital customer journeys, optimize campaign performance, and drive
meaningful growth through innovative digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the creation and lead the execution of the digital journey to drive customer
acquisition, conversion, and retention across all digital platforms.
- Act as the power user of the Martech platforms and tools for the division, facilitating its
adoption.
- Utilize advanced personalization tools to create targeted and compelling digital experiences
across different audiences and channels.
- Implement strategic tests in collaboration with Web, Analytics and Media, to analyze
campaigns performance and continuously refine and elevate the user experience.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and user behavior, generating data-driven
hypotheses for improving the digital customer journey, conversion rates and support strategic
decisions.
- Architect how the Martech stack is used by acting as Power User to support the needs of global
and regional marketing teams, identify, and share best practices to scale its use and drive
efficiency.
- Keep track and communicate timelines, objectives, and accomplishments with a wide range of
stakeholders, such as Strategic Managers, Marketing Operations, global and central teams, and
senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing Automation, conversion rate optimization,
omnichannel marketing, or a similar role, using tools like Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce
Marketing Cloud. CDP, SQL desired.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing, user analytics, and performance
metrics. Ideally, experience with Google Analytics, Optimizely or similar.
- Passionate about driving digital transformation and innovation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects by working with cross-functional teams.
