PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEXT AND AXA GROUP SECURITY
Throughout AXA, the Security community represents 1000 Security professionals, working daily to protect our employees, customers, operations and brand. Our operating model gathers the three Security disciplines Information Security, Operational Resilience and Physical Security & Safety. Our Security mission is to ensure that AXA is safe, secure and resilient.
AXA Group Security, as part of AXA GO, defines the Security strategy, standards and provides assurance to the Group on the Security maturity of all entities across AXA. In its role, it also supports our professional family in entities in maintaining their Security posture and respond and coordinate responses to crisis.
This is accomplished through four strategic levers:

Secure: Secure the business of today and tomorrow, by increasing Security effectiveness on a risk-based approach for all entities.
Resilient: Enhance anticipation, detection and reaction capabilities in case of events & Security by design

The “G-PSS” team is Group Physical Security and Safety (G-PSS)
The “G-PSS” team oversees:
·Physical Security and Safety strategy and framework
·Physical Security and Safety controls which are integrated in the overall Group Security Control Framework
Our missions are to:
·Design and produce policies and guidelines.
·Support entities’ Security teams by creating and adapting tools, templates.
·Support entities’ Security teams with an adapted training.
·Support entities and business lines with relevant Threat monitoring.
·Support entities and Group Crisis Management team in case of PSS major incident or crisis.
·Advise entities’ Security teams in case of need, to implement Group Security guidelines or design any process or procedure needed to protect Group physical assets.
Our goals are to:
·Frame the Safety of our employees wherever they work from.
·Protect our physical assets against insider and outsider threats.
·Warn the leadership and Security teams in case of upcoming threats (geopoliticals, criminals, etc.).
·Support the business for any need within PSS scope.
Team structure: It is a team of 8 persons FTE.
Job Purpose
The Senior Security Professional will lead and support the development and implementation of a global Security strategy, ensuring that risks are mitigated and the organization remains at the
forefront of best practices. This role involves overseeing physical Security, Travel Security and acting as a subject matter expert (SME) across all level of the organization.
Key responsibilities
·Strategic development and implementation:
ØDevelop and implement a global Physical Security approach.
ØSupport the continuation and improvement of the Group Travel Security framework.
ØOversee the creation and implementation of Security policies, guidelines, executive protection, intelligence team, information Security, resilience, standard).
·Operational support:
ØAct as the central point of contact for Travel and Security.
ØManage the deployment of Travel Security and Intelligence tools.
ØOversee and guide threat monitoring activities.
ØConduct global assessments of entities for Physical Security and Travel Security.
ØProvide direction, expertise, and coordination for critical incidents and crisis management.
·Training and development:
ØLead the development and training of personnel involved in Security.
ØEnhance the Security culture among employees and management.
ØCreate and oversee tailored Travel Security contents.
·Stakeholder engagement:
ØLiaise and support internal and external stakeholders, including Security managers, HR, risk management, internal control, legal functions and external Security agencies.
ØMonitor and react quickly to a changing worldwide Security landscape.
·Data management and reporting:
ØCollect and consolidate data to monitor Security performance.
ØProvide dedicated threat intelligence reports to entities and business lines.
ØBenchmark Travel Security and Security practices.
Required competencies
·Physical Security:
ØCorporate Security management, including Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Travel Security and incident/crisis response.
ØExecutive protection.
ØMonitor and analyze the international threat environment using OSINT.
ØCreate monitoring and alerting processes.
ØRapidly brief stakeholders on country-specific situation or situation awareness.
ØExperience in healthcare Security (optional).

ØUse leadership and teamwork to achieve objectives.
ØCoordinate activities within the Group Health and Safety team.
ØOrganize and document actions and information.
ØPrioritize actions regarding risks and objectives.

Your Profile
Qualification
·Education
oMaster’s degree in International Relations, with specialization in Security (preferred).
oRelevant technical qualifications in Security or a related field.
·Certification
oCPP, PSP or CSMP (preferred)
oCISM (preferred)
·Experience
oOver 10 years of experience in Physical Security.
oExperience in Intelligence and Threat Monitoring.
oOver 3 years of experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
Languages
·Fluent in English is a necessity (Business Language will be English)
·A third language (French or Spanish) would be an advantage (preferred)

ØMadrid or Barcelona with regular travels (less than 20%) including to high-risks locations.
