Quality Assurance Engineer
As a Quality Assurance Engineer at our Reynosa plant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and services meet customer requirements. You will drive continuous quality improvement and coordinate with quality manufacturing/logistics assurance engineers and quality control teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the application of the Process Control Plan.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives on production lines.
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving for quality issues.
- Create and maintain quality control documentation.
- Lead process audits and Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA).
- Manage deviations and ensure compliance. Serve as the local expert on assembled products in your sector.
Main Activities:
- Oversee the quality of one or several production sectors.
- Implement actions to satisfy customer requirements.
- Coordinate with teams to drive quality improvements.
- Maintain and update quality control documentation.
