Now, we are seeking an International Controller for our International Finance Department who’ll create and analysis financial reports, budget tracking and development of management control tools.

Your responsibilities:
You will work directly with the members of the International Controlling Teams of the Europe Zone of ALTEN from our Barcelona office and reporting to the Head of Controlling based in Barcelona. You will be a participative person in close collaboration with the different team members as well as with various international contacts.
Your objectives:
• Analyze and produce financial group reports (e.g., margin per project/resource, P&L, headcount) and operational activity indicators (KPIs) for Nordic companies.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of General & Administrative (G&A) costs.
• Assist in the preparation of the budget process.
• Provide expertise to the controlling team of your company, ensuring a proper implementation of core model processes.

Your qualifications:
• Master’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent professional (in process).
• You are advanced on Microsoft Excel.
• You are fluent in English (Swidish or Finish could be a plus).
• Detail and team oriented with excellent cross-functional team leadership and participation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment.
