Manage and plan the resources of the IT Commercial Applications area in accordance with the needs of the group and the management's instructions with the objective of developing, deploying and maintaining commercial solutions in the field of information systems that support the group's industrial model.
Contribute to the overall business application development process.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define the IT strategic lines that will guide the evolution of the Group's Commercial systems based on its needs, the environment (market, suppliers, technological trends, regulations, etc.) and management instructions.
- Prepare the action plans necessary to meet the objectives.
- Lead the team of collaborators, in terms of objectives, resources, policies, procedures and values in order to align them with the group's objectives, maximizing efficiency.
- Analyze the Group's system needs and promote the use of best practices that ensure efficient business management.
- Manage those projects that are considered necessary due to their strategic relevance.
- Implement and manage the application maintenance service.
- Lead the development, analysis and modification of program logic for new and existing business applications globally.
- Coordinate the team in terms of operational tasks, establish its priorities, unblock daily situations and carry out its performance evaluation process.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Academic Profile:
Education: Master Degree in Engineering or similar. Additional studies will be valued especially in the fields of MBA, Project management, PMP, ITIL.
Languages:
- English -> Must-have -> Advanced
- Spanish -> Must-have -> Advanced
- Any other Cellnex language -> Valuable -> Intermediate
Software Tools:
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) -> Must-have -> Advanced
- Salesforce -> Valuable -> Advanced
- SAP -> Valuable -> Advanced
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in positions linked to the management of IT projects and demand management.
- Relevant sectors: IT Consulting
- Critical experiences: Participation in international projects
