Expand in Health is a priority pillar of AXA Group Strategy. Health & EB is a key growth engine for entities within the scope of IMa where the ambition in term of profitable growth, innovation and “beyond Insurance” services such as Healthcare delivery (vertical integration) is particularly high.
Key Accountabilities
- Build relationships with Health local teams to be seen as an expert and a facilitator
- Provide to all the entities timely and accurate service for new product development, pricing, underwriting, go to market, and other servicing initiatives. Provide ad-hoc support in business development, relationship management with International Partners
- Assess capabilities in the entities ; design and implement action plans to increase those capabilities (tools, organization, services, …) considering AXA Customers (retail and Corporate) needs
- Build and strengthen the Health Leaders network to share experiences, approaches and knowledge
- Collaborate with local teams on selected initiatives and priorities.
- Leverage relevant Departments and Assets within the AXA Group in a “One AXA”collaborative approach
- Approx. 5 travels a year approximatively can be expected to meet the local teams
- Promote IMa expertise within the Group
Profile
Background:
- 5-10 Years + Experience in Health/EB insurance business
- Experience in more than 1 market suited
- Have been involved in Offer, portfolio management, Pricing/Underwriting as well as market development
- Educated to University degree level (Actuarial, Mathematics, Engineering)
- Strong knowledge and practice of Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
Technical skills:
- Fluent in Spoken & Written English + Spanish and/or French
- Knowledge of how to balance between the will for AXA IMa to grow, while being profitable
- Comprehensive knowledge of Health/EB insurance products and their features, including Innovatives Services and Care Coordination
- Project Management skills
Personal capabilities:
- Ability to communicate, lead and influence with good verbal and written communication/presentation skills in a multi-cultural international and complex environment
- Highly self motivated and without need for day to day supervision ; capacity to inform and request support for his/her manager support when appropriate
- Ability to effectively prioritise and be highly organized
- Results, business and execution oriented
- Curiosity for Health business related topics such as : vertical integration, network management, innovation, digital, Claims Management, etc.
- Agility, capacity to adjust his/her recommendations depending on context evolution.
