Lead strategic & operational projects within the LatAm Cluster, while support Management Team decisions through business analysis, financial information and analytical insights.
He/She will join the LatAm Finance team reporting to the CFO
Main functions and tasks:
- Lead strategic & operational projects
- Identify key risk & opportunities to maximize efficiency of the business decisions
- Drive initiatives to boost business performance and optimization
- Perform regular and ad-hoc business & financial analysis
- Understand business performance and provide insightful outputs
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Above 6 years of experience in Advisory, Audit or similar position
- Sound analytic skills and good understanding of business drivers and KPI´s
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of BI tools
- Extensive experience building data models and conducting complex business analysis
- Communication & presentation skills - written and verbal at senior Level
- Logistics knowledge will be valuated
- Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese would be a plus
