What do you get to do in this position?
- In constant partnership with his/her business leader, proposes efficient HR solutions (costs / time) that are suited to the business challenges and guarantees the application of Group HR policies.
- Provides consultation to management on issues such as the Annual Performance Plan, Affirmative Action policies and procedures, wage surveys, salary administration, Performance Management Process and/or employment law.
- Guides, supports and consults with location employees regarding career advancement and employee relations issues. Identifies training needs.
- Plans, develops and conducts in-house training programs.
- Assists HR Manager or Supervisor in developing, writing and implementing company policies and procedures.
- Coordinates company functions and activities and assists with special projects.
- May assist with administration and interpretation of the labor agreement. May also work with labor union and/or third party mediator to resolve issues.
