The Strategy Manager will be a core member of the Marketing department, in charge of providing insightful information, on a variety of matters, to the team.
Among other things, this role will:
- Help defining the strategy for acquisition (Marketing Strategic Plan, Budget and transformation projects)
- Analysing and interpreting data in order to propose different marketing solutions
- Process data sources to segment clients, measure performance, compare initiatives, etc
- Work alongside MKT Analytics team and MKT operational team to identify and deploy improvement initiatives
- Communicate business insights in a simple and persuasive way
- Direct support to Spain CMO
Candidate profile
- Experienced professionals with at least 4 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar position
- Strong Business Acumen
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Can-do mindset with the ability to recommend quick and pragmatic decisions.
- Highly developed time management skills and ability to prioritise workload.
