What do you get to do in this position?
- Drive the Quality First value in the organization by defining the initiatives and foster customer centricity activities. - Deploy the CS&Q initiatives and ensure good progress of the execution: - Cost of Quality root cause and reduction - Digital quality deployment - Develop people’s competence of the CS&Q values to achieve a high performing culture - Coordinate with GSC plants, front office and LOB to handle any quality crisis, customer escalations etc. to ensure a fast and satisfying resolution. - Leverage the GSC CS&Q community to drive the best practice sharing, benchmarking and cross-plant or BU projects. - Serve as staff member to the ASCO GSC VP while maintaining dotted line responsibility to LoB Quality Lead - Drive continuous improvement within the plants utilizing data trend analytics.
