Verisure is seeking for a talented Group HR Project Consultant to join our growing Group HR PMO team, in which you will be surrounded by strong profiles passionate about HR, who will focus on helping you thrive as a professional.
Key Responsibilities
The Group HR Project Consultant will report to the Group HR PMO Manager and will work closely with other colleagues in the Group HR team and other Group Functions.
In this position, the successful candidate will:
- Drive continuous improvement of HR business processes by translating HR and business needs into actionable plans and projects, in partnership with other HR teams.
- Project manage and execute HR projects from conception to completion, considering initiatives with different scopes: i) global cross-functional projects, ii) targeted initiatives for specific Group Functions, or iii) projects linked to annual and business HR processes.
- Ensure timely delivery, alignment with stakeholders, organizational objectives, and successful change management.
- Establish a trusted advisory partnership with HRBPs, other Group HR teams, and business stakeholders to provide strategic and operational HR support.
- Lead organizational efficiency initiatives by optimizing workflows, improving cross-functional collaboration, and streamlining processes to enhance productivity and address operational challenges.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience & Qualifications
- High-potential/top performer with more than 3 years of experience in consulting firms, demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Business Administration or Engineering).
- Proven experience in:
- Leading process improvement and change management projects.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders as part of a global team, with the ability to work cross-functionally, lead through influence, and facilitate decision-making.
- Driving organizational efficiency by analyzing current workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, implementing solutions, and ensuring sustainable outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
- Strong technical skills in:
- Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency, including pivot tables, formulas, data visualization, dashboards, and automation to deliver data-driven insights.
- Microsoft PowerPoint: Ability to create compelling presentations that influence decision-making and effectively communicate findings.
- Previous experience in HR departments is a plus, with familiarity in key areas such as Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Recruiting, and Performance.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
