We are looking for a Portfolio Development Manager in the Product Management Development area.
What is the purpose/mission of the position?
The Portfolio Development Manager will be responsible for comprehensively understanding the company's portfolio, generating cross and upsell dynamics for clients, and identifying the best channels to close these opportunities. Additionally, the role will have a significant responsibility in creating growth opportunities for our clients in the direct channel (call center, ecommerce, etc.), where they will develop business solutions in this regard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's portfolio and identify opportunities for cross and upsell.
• Generate cross and upsell dynamics for clients and identify the best channels to close these opportunities.
• Work closely with the call center, ecommerce and other direct channels to create growth opportunities for clients.
• Develop business solutions to drive growth in the direct channel.
• Analyze performance data of existing products and use it to inform and improve the portfolio development strategy.
• Identify and manage risks associated with the portfolio development strategy, ensuring that established limits and objectives are met.
Education and Requirements + Years of Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Performance Marketing department, with a focus on portfolio development and growth.
- Experience in using data analysis tools and interpreting data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Fluent in English, as working in an international environment will be required.
