The Operatonal Offer Manager has the mission to grow the business in a sustainable and profitable way. His/Her responsibility is to be the GSC single point of contact of the plant for Offer Lifecycle Management (OLM) to lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning commitment, plant resource allocation & monitoring for all activities

What do you get to do in this position?
- Prepare / Decide / prioritize at Request Review with the BUs Squad for the sprint backlog / planning and refinement
- Lead priorities (delegation & welcoming activities) as a plant SteerCo member: sharing visibility , committing sprint objectives & achievement to change from push model to pull model
- Coordinate manufacturing resource to deliver increments within the factory/region for the sprints.
- Accountable of the manufacturing budget alignment for OLM activities (resources, expenses, investments)
- Lead continuously improvement of agile experiment in plant squad team and cooperate with BU (squad) through regular reflection and practice to maximize the priorities of customers.
- Size the Plant growth potential.
- Evaluate proposals of manufacturing for the Plant in terms of capacity, vocation, strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a background in strategy, product and deployment of offer management; with a strong orientation for innovation and creativity; who can work across all levels of the organization and influence key decision-makers.
The position requires strong communication, influencing and analytic skills, technical and business acumen, relationship development skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
