The Engagement & Employee Experience Project Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the Cellnex’ culture, employee engagement levels, and overall satisfaction. This position focuses on analysing employee insights, crafting strategic engagement initiatives, and implementing actions that foster a positive and consistent experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
KEY FUNCTIONS
Engagement Project Management
- Lead and manage multiple projects within the organization’s overall Engagement Plan.
- Analyse engagement data to assess organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
- Develop strategic action plans aligned with both global and local (country-specific) needs.
- Coordinate and implement engagement projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timely execution, and quality delivery.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, deliverables, and third-party providers related to engagement initiatives.
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to align messaging and outreach.
Employee Experience Design
- Define and ensure a consistent, seamless employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, retention, exit).
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve employee touchpoints throughout their journey with the company.
- Recommend enhancements based on employee feedback and evolving organizational needs.
Employer Branding & EVP
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to define and roll out external Employee Value Proposition (EVP) campaigns.
- Manage participation in external employer brand certifications.
- Enhance the company’s visibility and reputation as a leading employer in the market.
Surveys & Analytics
- Design and implement the company’s employee engagement survey model, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Analyse survey results and employee feedback to identify key trends and areas of improvement.
- Track progress and impact of engagement initiatives through regular reporting.
Recognition & Culture Building
- Embed recognition and employee commitment as key pillars of the engagement strategy.
- Develop initiatives that reflect and reinforce the company’s core values and cultural aspirations.
Education:
- Master degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Any relevant certifications (e.g., in Employee Engagement, Human Resources) are a plus.

Relevant Professional Experience
- >6 years of experience in employee engagement, HR analytics, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, survey design, and statistical tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS, employee engagement platforms, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement and experience.
