In this role, you will be responsible to support the business with a strategic focus; managing, coordinating, and overseeing logistics transportation operations and last mile, as well the resources and logistics operators’ capacities by developing and executing strategies and projects to meets company objectives. Meets the functional strategies, policies, programs, and guidelines for the adequate resource utilization.
In this position an innovative leadership will be required working with employees and managers to address root causes of supply chain issues. Resolves challenges and problems in relation with parts supply issues through a systematic approach. Assists junior management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development. Develops and drives company programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities.
- Define objectives and goals for the inbound section.
- Adjusting supply chain strategies to respond to changing business needs.
- Strategic and collaborative planning along all supply chain.
- Drive robust international logistics operations to support company objectives.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
- Manage and control domestic and last mile operations.
- Fosters the highest level of commitment among our people through transparent communication about business challenges, successes, and results.
- Takes personal responsibility for making tough decisions, meeting commitments, and ensuring expected results are achieved.
- Advise and influence related areas and leadership with a focus on performance management, logistics development and team effectiveness.

Years of Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics, business management, supplier partnership, logistics capacity development.
Education:
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in a engineering related discipline
Travel required.
