The role is responsible for executing the transformational roadmap and strategy outlined by the whole digital transformation’s long-term vision. Drive efficiency in process and automation across Aeromexico to accelerate competitive advantage in the market.
Responsabilities:
- Ensure all digital transformation initiatives align with Aeromexico’s Future Statement strategy, driving the vision for digital change across the organization
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation projects, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively to minimize the impact on program success
- Develop governance framework to ensure effective management, tracking and coordination of multiple projects and efficiency initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership on cross-functional process improvements leveraging strategic partnerships to enhance governance, productivity, speed and effectiveness of decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in digital solutions
- 4+ years of experience in leadership positions
- English proficiency
- Excellent comprehension of the challenges, trends, and opportunities in the digital industry
- Experience with culture transformation and change management
- Knowledge of the Agile mindset (certifications, experience, etc.)
