Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for employee’s performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc.
- Responsible for the performance of "standard work" within his or her sector or department.
- Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.
- Enforce compliance with quality system and proper appliance of the defined processes and procedures to meet the required quality level.
- Optimize daily / weekly balance workload / resources (internal, external storage and freight capacities).
- Adjust MPH (Material Providing and Handling) programs according to customer priorities in the ad-hoc systems (LDS, DISS, …).
- Ensure management of the logistics process receiving goods > stocking > picking > Material handling > shipping finished goods and wastes.
- Lead the SIM loop 2 with appropriated indicators & action plan and ensure the compliance with SPS of the SIM 1.
- Organize the training needs of teams and manage the versatility in accordance with the target defined.
- Synchronize support function actors on short term actions.
- Manage warehouse processes performance and his team according to SPS / SIM rules and cycle event of the plant.
- Ensure inventories accuracy
- Guarantee that service level, quality environment, process lead time, maintenance & productivity goals are reached.
- Manage the yearly appraisal* of all DVC inside the sector. - Monitor and analyse logistic costs.
