We are seeking top talent to join our Price Risk Management team, reporting to the Head of Risk Management & Market Analytics (RM & MA). In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with CEPSA’s sales teams to integrate risk management solutions into customer offerings, driving income growth through these solutions, and leading customer segmentation and prioritization efforts for CEPSA's risk management offerings.
The responsibilities we´ll trust you with
- Collaborate with CEPSA Marketing teams to align strategic objectives in risk management and marketing.
- Enhance risk management understanding within marketing teams, fostering confidence to incorporate RM solutions into customer offerings.
- Provide support to marketing teams in developing customer presentations and materials.
- Work closely with RM trading and structuring teams to design, price, and hedge customer solutions.
- Drive the origination of tailored risk management solutions, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and market conditions.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new risk management products and services.

- Regularly report on the performance of risk management initiatives to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure that all risk management activities are in full compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
What are we looking for?
- Customer Relationship Expertise: Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships within the energy sector, particularly with Treasury and Fuel buyers.
- Regulatory Acumen: A solid understanding of the regulatory landscape, including the opportunities and constraints in offering risk management solutions to customers.
- Bilingual Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills in both Spanish and English.
- Creative Problem-Solving: The ability to think on your feet and develop innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Strategic Alignment: Demonstrated capability in driving alignment and prioritization across various business areas.
- Collaborative Spirit: Excellent collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Financial Insight: A deep understanding of the financial implications of different pricing structures, including their impact on the balance sheet and credit exposure, and the ability to work with relevant teams to ensure alignment.
