WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Sr. Specialist Change Management who will be a member of the Digital Employee Experience – North America Region team who will drive strategic initiatives to advance workforce digital fluency, adoption of state-of-the-art technology advancements, and be the advocate and advisor for the workforce end-to-end experience. The primary goal of this position is to ensure that our technological enablement remains at the forefront of industry standards, driving transformative change across North America.
Activities / Responsibilities
The Change Management Sr Specialist will be responsible for:
- Advance digital fluency and accelerate the adoption of state-of-the-art everyday Digital technologies.
- Ensure the ongoing progression and effectiveness of enablement programs in alignment with rapid technological advancements.
- Uphold our champions network within the region.
- Model the integration of technology and in particular Gen AI into daily roles, track adoption progress, and execute necessary actions to drive transformative change.
- Adapt and advance initiatives transition from program into sustain phase.
Experience & Background Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Fluent English conversational skills
- Proven experience in change management
- Plus experienced in digital transformation and AI adoption.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital enablement tools.
- Experience in tracking and analyzing adoption metrics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
