Purpose
Responsible for all sales activities to achieve the business objectives within business policies and guidelines as well as franchise budget. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
The Sales Manager role is critical to shaping the ongoing success of the business executing new strategies and helping to propel us into being the number one option in joint reconstruction, trauma, and sports medicine.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Manages daily sales promotion activities.
- Implements marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, sales and marketing programs to achieve maximum sales and profit.
- Work hand in hand with the marketing team to ensure the results of the business are aligned with the defined strategy.
- Communicates and leads short- and long-range sales plans.
- Researches new markets and applications for volume growth.
- Develops sales processes and pricing models.
- Lead key negotiations. Develop strong relationship with KOLs and key non-clinical stakeholders, obtain feedback, understand their needs and maintain adequate service levels by providing high level customer support and on- going communication.
- Support the inventory management and planning.
- Facilitates the attraction, hiring and motivation of sales staff.
- Coaches and mentor subordinates and appraises subordinate performance. A key responsibility is people development.
- Provides input for the development of products and anticipates a customer need/solution approach. Qualifications / Requirements :
- Years of Experience: 8-10 years related experience.
- University / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required
- MBA desired
- Experience in Medical Devices / Medtech is strongly preferred
- Proven experience in commercial position
- English: Advanced
- Travel percentage: 35%
- Location of the role: Mexico City
