As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects across Spain and beyond, liaising with different national and international teams. You will have the chance to engage in different types of projects, shaping a better world, one project at the time.
The Opportunity
Drive innovation in Project Management and contribute to projects in the Science & Industry sector. This is your chance to support the project leader in coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams, managing suppliers, as well as liaising with the client's technical team and public administrations.
As a Senior Project Manager At Arup, You Will
- Coordinate Science & Industry & Technology projects.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide organizational solutions that promote efficient project delivery.
- Assist with the delivery of bids, reports, and other documents to ensure the production of deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Support in Project monitoring, document quality control, Assist in project financial control, costs and budgets.
- Attend to internal and external meetings with clients and suppliers, and site visits.
Does this role inspire you?
We are looking for someone proactive that is willing to work in a dynamic team. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technologies Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- Between 6-8 years of experience in relevant positions, especially in coordination.
- Great interest in the construction industry in the Science & Industry & Technology sector
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work within a team.
