The Product Business Partner supports AXA GO in its ambition to become a truly global product and service provider by connecting Entities and global Product Teams.
With sound knowledge of the Products and Entity context, the PBP ensures the right product alignment with the Entities, helps articulate the benefit of AXA GO products, enables accelerates deployments and provides feedback to the Product teams.
MISSIONS
Relationship Management
• Ensures a close relationship management with Product teams and Entities, focused on Product specificities and serves as a key contact for GO product teams
• Regularly collects customer requirements and feedbacks to ensure improvement and contribute to product roadmap
• Collaborate with the product development teams to bring business requirements of the Entities
• In synchronization with the Account Manager, manage and follow up product related escalations by the local Entities in collaboration with the Product and Service Delivery and Service Management teams (not by-passing the MIM process)
• Provide advisory & Consulting (Contribution/Help on program/project/issues). The PBP also needs to capture knowledge from the Products, Program, Projects to be able to play this role
Product lifecycle contribution – local context
• From a product perspective, understand the GO & Entity Tech, Data and Security Program strategy & Product Family roadmaps and how this translates into local context
• Having more local context (being technical and functional) of the Entity, the PBP is contributing to identify interdependencies within GO programs, GO / Business projects, and Product Families and feed into the Product lifecycle process
• In collaboration with Product teams and Account Managers, promote GO Products in the Entities and support the Product adoption, de-commissioning and refresh where needed
• Supports GO / Entity’s Product technical debt management and escalates where needed
• Help Entities to understand Product licenses coverage and licenses models (Silva, CESAME....)
• Support and explain non-functional aspects such as contractual management, target operating models, service levels and compliance requirements (with the support of the Account Manager when required)
Volume and Price item activities
• Support the Account Manager in the Product volume alignment processes (including licenses when relevant)
• The PBP works with the Product teams to undertake a volume trend analysis and ensure a sanity check of the data and clarify accordingly
• Supports Product Team(s), Finance and Account Manager with the explanation of products price items (Volume, licenses)
Your Profile
Experience
- Strong IT background with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience of working in a complex global Organization
- Good understanding of GO financial, project and product processes
Business and functional skills
- Strong knowledge of specific Product family GO strategy, Tech and Data roadmap, objectives, organisation and policies
- Deep understanding of the AXA GO Product catalogue, focused on a specific Product family
- Where relevant, a good understanding of insurance business needs/challenges of the Opco in the short and long term
- Client focused and service minded with strong business & commercial thinking
- Understanding of local regulation and imperatives on Risk and Control, Legal and Governance, Compliance and Data Privacy regulations and rules
- Understanding of the Product pricing model
- Strong understanding of GO Operations activities project / program delivery
Interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships at all levels
- Excellent listening and strong communication and presentation skills, an ability to communicate complex technical subjects (IT and business) clearly and meaningfully in a way that facilitates understanding
