Specific Activities: - Training to operational personnel (general trainings/ On boarding, production line, systems (Smart Apps), general topics). - Share SPL'S different topics - DVC staff connectivity follow up - Learning Corner support - Training log file management in One Drive and MLL - Updating and tracking of trainings in E versatility / LDS - Review and follow-up to barriers and actions as needed by the production line for the training team / LDS / DISS others - Follow-up to 5'S (Learning Corner, training areas, SIM production desks) - Onboarding (Coordinate induction materials, follow up on registration lists, evaluations etc.) - ETO/ FAB training leader/trainer on line - Responsible for updating MLL USERS (Tickets, password, etc.) - Follow up on compliance with essential and mandatory courses and plant requirements. - Responsible for LDS system upgrades (HC Auditor, E versatility Auditor) - Expert in 80% of ETO processes (manufacturing, tooling and machinery) or Wiring Expert (Diagram interpretation, technical folder expertise, interconnections and assembly).
