Responsibilities
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Finance Associate Manager to join our team. This role is critical in supporting key regions, accounts, and finance teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving performance through robust financial analysis and insights.
The ideal candidate will lead the sales finance support team, manage reporting tools, and partner with Sales and Finance leaders to deliver actionable insights that drive results. This is a high-impact role where you will influence decision-making, streamline reporting processes, and shape the way we manage business performance across categories and channels.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Finance Associate Manager, you will:
- Sales Tracking & Analysis: Lead sales tracking and analysis for all categories (Foods, Beverages, and Nutrition) and across all channels. Provide actionable insights to Sales Managers and Directors.
- Strategic Reporting: Define and implement a future-focused sales reporting model with simplified and consistent KPIs to evaluate performance effectively.
- Net Revenue Management (NRM): Oversee NRM tracking for Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasts, and actuals. Lead the migration of NRM capabilities to new tools, ensuring accurate and actionable performance metrics.
- Decision Support: Deliver high-quality sales reporting, ad-hoc analyses, and profitability assessments to simplify complex information, enabling timely decisions by senior management.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between Sales and Finance teams. Ensure seamless integration of processes, tools, and data to support decision-making with a unified approach.
- Governance & Tools: Lead the governance of sales finance tools, ensuring data accuracy and alignment across systems (Mosaic, Sales BI, Top Line Profitability Tool).
- Forecasting & Planning: Prepare weekly forecasts, build detailed sales plans, and ensure alignment of targets across teams. Translate business events into actionable insights and plans.
- Project Leadership: Lead transformational projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with commercial goals. Support the analytical requirements of sales initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure efficient project execution and accurate system performance.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in finance, planning, accounting, or revenue management.
- Strong expertise in managing a P&L and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in Sales Finance or Go-to-Market (GTM) projects.
- Proficiency in financial tools (BOBJ, Essbase, Tableau, Excel).
- Experience working in matrixed organizations and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
