Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Commercial Finance Jr Manager will play a key role in the Commercial/Sales Finance management agenda. This role is responsible for providing a world class sales finance Global Business Service (GBS) for Andean, SoCo, Caricam and Mexico, consolidating each CU.
Responsible of support to local teams in the pricing lists, rebates, clients creation, tracking accruals, SOX controls, NRR & GRR through implementation of initiatives, tracking an analysis. Interact with OUs commercial finance teams, deliver accurate information to lead decision making process and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment.
Your Impact
As Commercial Finance Assoc Manager your scope would consist of :
- Deliver excellent Commercial/Sales Finance services and business partnering to CARICAM, Andean, SoCo and Mexico OUs, according to SLA’s related to pricing lists, planning models, NRR scorecards, clients creation, rebates and SOX controls
- Develop an understanding of financial objectives and commercial plans and create and maintain relationships with stakeholders in CARICAM, Andean, SoCo and Mexico, to effectively play a key role as a business partner Lead the consolidation of each OU in the construction of pricing list understanding main drivers and providing accurate and timely information to support decision making process.
- Supervise all planning model’s maintenance, updates and generate improvements.
- Owner of pricing list and upload to SAP, responsible of their understanding main drivers, maintenance, updates and improvements, providing accurate and timely information to support decision making process
- Owner of NRR and GRR scorecard with tracking and analysis
- Responsible for SAP client’s creation and maintenance
- Generate rebates and monthly tracking
- Responsible for SOX execution controls in GCS quarterly
- Lead continuous process improvements by automating, homologating, and best practices benchmarking to generate efficiencies to both GBS and OUs.
- Provide leadership for the team if issues or opportunities occur that require escalation back to CASA or Mexico businesses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects as requested
- Manage a team up to 8 people
- Coaching and on- boarding new members of the team, keep them engaged, motivated and low attrition
- Promote and adhere to GBS ways of working, culture and value.
Qualifications
¿Who Are We Looking For?
- Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration
- Computer literate - Advanced Excel, Power Point
- Language: Spanish / English fluent, Portuguese preferred
- Deep understanding of a P&L and its drivers
- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience
- 7-10 years of experience in finance, planning and/or accounting
- Systems Management: SAP, SAP BI, BPM and STICC preferred
- Experience with Sales Business Partnership (e.g., Sales Finance, RM, Category Finance)
- Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
- Strong leadership skills and capabilities
- Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines
