Regional Sales Assistant Manager
Manage and optimize buses sales in an assigned region, ensuring the achievement of business objectives through the implementation of effective sales strategies, managing relationships with key customers, and coordinating with distributors. Additionally, promote and drive sales of intelligent mobility systems. Furthermore, foster an exceptional customer experience and contribute to strengthening the brand's presence in the regional market.
We are looking for: Regional Sales Assistant Manager
In this position, you will be in charge of:
- Conduct commercial visits with the sales managers and/or sales people of the distributors to clients or prospects in the region, with the aim of promoting the product and achieving the objectives.
- Establish actions to maintain sales and inventory within the established profitable limits.
- Maintain and/or modify distributor development policies to assess their performance and growth within the established standards and regulations, and, where applicable, implement corrective strategies and actions.
- Follow up on the logistics of corporate activities to ensure that the product is delivered on time and according to specifications to customers and distributors, considering order management, price definition, and after-sales issues.
- Carry out the necessary actions within the domestic sales area to contribute to the attainment or maintenance of quality, environmental, tax, information technology, or any other certifications, as well as being responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of company information or business matters that could jeopardize the certification or the well-being of the company and its employees.
- Use IT/OT equipment in accordance with SITS guidelines.
- Always be in strict Alignment with current local and international applicable regulations, such as Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Daimler Truck Code of Conduct, as well as any other policy and procedure established for Daimler Truck.
Training: Administration, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, and/or careers related to the functions.
Specific knowledge: Basic knowledge of finance, management, market knowledge, knowledge of the bus industry, leadership, planning, and project management.
Experience: Commercial experience, negotiations, business plans and basic knowledge related with intelligent mobility systems in commercial vehicles.
Language: Fluent in English.
Working model: Hybrid
