We are looking for a People & Communication PMO / MedLA Region in Barcelona - Spain.
The purpose of the role is to lead and drive cross-cutting HR projects at a global or regional level, acting as the main point of contact for effective collaboration with local and global stakeholders. Ensure the implementation and monitoring of HR projects, supporting the Regional HR Director in the design and transformation of HR focused on the employee experience, as well as designing change management plans for other areas of the business.
Responsabilities
- Ensure effective implementation and follow-up of decisions made during Committees, keeping all stakeholders informed of actions and outcomes in a timely manner.
- Oversee the HR Service Model and digital transformation efforts, including change management, governance, communication, and performance measurement, while identifying opportunities for process improvement through Agile practices.
- Providing key data to support the successful implementation of HR initiatives and risk identification for ongoing projects.T
- ransform ways of working by consistently applying Agile mindset and practices across HR processes and projects, while regularly assessing opportunities for enhancement in technology, processes, and people skills to boost organizational efficiency.
- Assist in the budget cycle to ensure adequate resources are allocated for HR initiatives and projects, facilitating the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Participate in the Agents Value Proposition Program by leading the Performance Management workstream, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and effective execution of related programs.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the People & Communication family to instill an Agile mindset, empowering teams to adapt and innovate in their approaches.
Your Profile
Experience and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR/People with a passion for projects management with more than 3 years of experience building project plans, timelines, overseeing deliverables, in global companies.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and hands-on experience in delivering outcomes using agile practices.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks, anticipate needs, and effectively solve problems.
- Ability to listen and understand the needs of internal clients, with strong communication skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude, collaborative, and adaptable to various leadership styles.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; French is an additional asset.
