Main tasks should be:
1) Helping entities prepare for CEO dialogues narrative
2) Preparing target letters for the specific entities/geography, align with entity CFOs and CEOs, coordinate with Finance for including STIC and organize signoffs.
3) Collate market information from entities, perform analysis and prepare competitive benchmarking at least twice a year
4) Formulate strategy for identified critical initiatives including preparation of strategic roadmap, implementation plan, business case and, also implement project management
5) Draft strategy papers for acceleration or turnaround of specific lines of business, product lines that are aligned with our growth priorities or for regional strategy of lines of business
6) Work with entities to prepare and share strategic execution dashboard as per the timeline required by the group
7) Support adhoc projects and communities
Profile:
Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in insurance(with life ideally), preferably in strategy, business or finance teams
- Must have a strong business background with solid experience in implementing strategic projects, handling multiple stakeholders and working with different teams collaboratively
- Must have an international background with experience in a multinational company/environment and should have the ability to manage and work with teams in a multicultural set-up
