We are searching for the best talent for Health Care Compliance Lead to be in Mexico City, Mexico.
Purpose
The HCC Leads upervises individual contributors and/or Supervisors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
Leads and support an effective Health Care compliance program for an assigned region, market or operational area Develops partnerships and influence senior business leaders to ensure that they drive compliance within their organizations.
You Will Be Responsible For
Operational Excellence
- Responsible for design, creation & deployment of preventive controls. Identifying Root Cause Analysis to proper define preventive controls
- Generate Insights and trends form Data Analytics aligned to our Compliance Program
Providing metrics at Affiliate/Business Units & support areas Develop and implement business specific policies and SOP's and customize global/regional policies & procedures and education & training materials to reflect local requirements.
- Deploy policies and procedures that align and monitor company activities to ensure compliance with government, private, legal and company HCC standards.
- Ensure external reporting requirements are met per local regulations.
- Ensure internal reporting requirements are met per enterprise requirements and schedule.
Testing & Monitoring
- Lead and execute the monitoring plan to demonstrate that the HCC program is effective and participate in execution where appropriate.
- Champion proactive initiation of pre-tender phase (Discover Phase) with sales, marketing, SCG and external vendors (e.g. performance reporting and analysis, market intel, workshops for option generation, scenario planning)
- Coordinating preparations for Corporate Internal Audits and Testing Operation reviews
Partnering with Business Units to ensure that the HCC program effectively prevents and/or detects violations of law, regulations, policies, or the Code of Conduct
- Acting as a consultant, and where appropriate, or required by the HCBI Guide assure review and approval for Health Care Professional (HCP)/Government Official (GO) oriented activities.
- Stimulating and contributing to innovative approaches towards HCP's and GOs consistent with the HCC/HCBI guidelines and framework and performing business plan reviews
- Conducting self-assessment and risk assessment processes to detect process gaps & inconsistencies.
- Coordinate the establishment of the Management Action Plan and guide the business partners to close gaps and implement corrective actions.
