Verisure is seeking for a talented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing and successful Group Talent Acquisition team in Madrid. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team and will report directly to the Team Lead.

About the role
The role goes beyond transactional recruitment - it will touch upon various aspects of recruitment, HR, and business partnering, and will further develop the successful candidate across various areas of expertise!
The role will be involved in the recruitment of key Talents for our Group Functions (eg. Finance, Legal, Marketing, HR, Technology, Corporate Strategy, Business Development, etc).
Key Responsibilities
Our TA department will be able to offer you the chance to better yourself and get in contact with industry leaders in a variety of fields related to the Verisure group.
Some of the main responsibilities will be:
- Leading the end-to-end of the Recruitment Process for our Group Functions for a full range of roles from junior level to senior management and across multiple functions and regions.
- Operate with a hands-on approach to all stages of the recruitment lifecycle (brief, sourcing and mapping of candidates, telephone interviews, developing relationships and liaising with hiring managers on a daily basis, handling the rejection and offer process, etc.)
- Building relationships with the Business and key stakeholders.
- Provide follow-ups and lead business meetings to align with business stakeholders, supporting the Team Lead representing the team.
- Collaborating with the Employer Branding actions (attending Job Fairs, hackathon, datathons, strengthen our partnerships with business schools, LinkedIn, career site, etc).
- Participating in the implementation of Process Improvements and Best Practices.
- Participating in global projects and initiatives within TA/HR.
Candidate profile
- At least 5 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter in a large, international and complex organisation, ideally within an in-house function. Agency experience would also be considered.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish. Additional languages would be a plus. We are an international company and all our positions whether these are internships or permanent require a high level of both languages.
- Demonstrable experience of partnering with and managing the expectations of a variety of complex internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on knowledge of sourcing and attracting high-caliber candidates. Head-hunting strategies.
- Agility - able to manage uncertainty and adapt to change with pragmatism. Knows how to get things done in ambiguous, executive settings.
- Team player, humble, comfortable and effective in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
- Highly valued knowledge in HR software (Workday) and recruitment ATS/CRM (Phenom), content creation, product presentation, HR, analytics, Data, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
