Define and implement the necessary technological solutions to increase the efficiency of the group's processes and anticipate the needs of the different functional areas, with special focus on Controlling tools, promoting new technological solutions that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes within the framework of the group's industrial model.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and manage the Controlling Apps portfolio and its roadmap according with the Group’s needs.
- Define and plan the necessary projects to satisfy the demand of the assigned functional areas.
- Direct the projects for the implementation of technological solutions associated with the area of responsibility and collaborate in other projects of the unit, management or group.
- Analyze the technological advances that can satisfy new needs of the group companies, creating functional and technological improvements, carrying out research, development and technological innovation (R+D+I) tasks.
- Carry out economic monitoring and anticipate the necessary actions to guarantee compliance.
- Coordinate and control the provision of support services to users to ensure the use of efficient and effective systems.
- Propose and implement measures that contribute to the reduction of incidents related to the systems in its field of action.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Academic Profile:
Education: Master Degree in Engineering or similar. Additional studies will be valued especially in the fields of MBA, Project management, PMP, ITIL.
Languages:
- English -> Must-have -> Advanced
- Spanish -> Must-have -> Advanced
- Any other Cellnex language -> Valuable -> Intermediate
Software Tools:
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) -> Must-have -> Advanced
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in positions linked to the government of IT projects and demand management.
- Critical experiences: SAP Controlling & Finance implementation projects & Participation in international projects
- Valuable experiences in Oracle EPM
- Relevant sectors: IT Consulting
