Responsibilities
The Opportunity:
Responsible for leading the DRP team for SoCo and Brazil, leveraging technology (BY) to create distribution plans and evaluate policies. Provide visibility of logistics needs to ensure service assurance. Develop the AOP for year-over-year financial forecasting. Resolve day-to-day conflicts.
Your Impact
As SC Manager Analyst your functions would consist of
- Develop and promote team talent
- Ensure correct inventory distribution nationwide
- Propose suitable inventory policies to guarantee service and avoid write-off risks
- Ensure data accuracy for the BY solution (0 Broken sourcing, 100% demand satisfaction)
- Increase adherence to technological tools (+55% RP solution ++75% IO Solution)
- Coordinate with IT to ensure proper functioning of technology
- Provide long-term visibility of logistics requirements
- Develop improvement projects to increase business productivity
- Follow up on requests from the commercial team.
- Work with the operations, demand, and broader supply chain teams to ensure service assurance.
- Participate in weekly and monthly sessions with the leadership team to develop action plans as needed.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
Degree in Engineering, International Business, or a related field
Experience
5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain
Experience Leading Teams (preferred)
Advanced English, both spoken and written
Advanced Portuguese, both spoken and written (considering service will be provided to Brazil)
Proficiency in key software tools
Knowledge of BY or Integrated Supply Chain Solutions
Familiar with conflict resolution
Innovative, with improvement ideas to increase company productivity
