Job Purpose
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand growth. This role is essential for ensuring the brand's presence and positioning in the market, executing and collaborating on all initiatives related to brand development, marketing campaigns, and shopper marketing.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of brand results monthly and per trimester in order to identify root causes associated with brand sales results
- Proposition of strategies to reach final users and consumers by activation or promotions and other strategies to increase their engagement with the brand.
- Create and direct implementation of 360 marketing strategies for Sanofi CHC brands and marketing teams to comply with business strategy on an efficient and effective manner
- Handle relationships with media agencies for design and implementation of a brand management strategy.
- Working with Sanofi chc marketing and brands teams for creation of an effective marketing strategy
- Maintain updated and track performance or marketing campaigns
- Supervision of Sell in and sell out of the brand
- Identify opportunities for growth of the brand based in market research.
