Join Our Team as LATAM Perfect Store Analytics Manager!
The Opportunity
Be part of creating a Center of Excellence for Perfect Store within Global Business Service. Here, you'll expand our capabilities, drive efficiencies, deliver top-notch solutions, and evolve our model to capture vertical growth and make a lasting impact on our business.
Your Impact
- Lead the Analytics Agenda: Align Perfect Store’s analytics agenda with sector priorities.
- Develop Key Capabilities: From reporting and analytics to collaborating with commercial teams and markets for a comprehensive view.
- Coordinate Tracking and Provide Insights: Monitor performance and highlight key opportunities to maximize value.
- Evolve the Value Realization Model: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and monetize strategies.
- Implement and Evolve POCs: Oversee proof-of-concept implementations in each market to refine and enhance the analytics model.
- Build Stakeholder Trust: Be a strategic partner by understanding business context and ensuring effective coordination with the Perfect Store LATAM team.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Are you passionate about analytics and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for someone dynamic to join our team as a LATAM Perfect Store Analytics Manager. If you have a knack for transforming data into actionable insights and love working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (in Engineering, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field)
Experience:
- At least 6 + years of experience in Analytics, Insights or Mathematical/statistical model building using Python/ R as a primary tool
- Experience in Data Modeling, Data Scietific Models, Statistical Model is a must
- Experience in Productisation Of Data Science Models
- Fluent in both Spanish and English this role.
- Availability to work from our Mexico City office 2 days per week
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful networks within complex organizations.
- Programming Skills: Experience with Python R, Scikit-Learn, Power BI is nice to have.
