The Opportunity
This dynamic Associate Account Executive role requires a person with a do-what-it takes attitude who can wear various hats from concepting, brainstorming, evaluating design and creatives ideas, providing strategic planning, and being the liaison between the content design team and the brand team. In this role, you will be the face of the in-house content development team for FRITO-LAY NORTH AMERICA that is driving creative versioning of multiple communication assets in this super-fast-paced environment. It is necessary that you are detailed-oriented, can anticipate and solve problems, build client trust, and meet stringent deadlines.
Your Impact
As Marketing Account Executive your responsibilities would consist of:
- Provide a due date and client mandatories making sure that timeline meets both team and client needs.
- Lead overall growth and development of accounts across Frito-Lay North America portfolio of brands.
- Apply your experience and understanding of agency processes to encourage constructive and proactive planning
- Inform and review project estimates to ensure they’re realistic, comprehensive, and fit
- Uses knowledge of advertising production processes in all media (TV, print, radio, outdoor, digital, branded content).
- Insures the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects
- Maintains open and complete communications of Client issues with functional leaders and corporate management.
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience
- Marketing professional with at least 2 - 3 years in agency account management and/or experience in a closely related field.
- Language proficiency in English and Spanish is a must for this role
- Strong track record of demonstrating ability to oversee a range of accounts and projects with detail-oriented lens.
- Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity.
- Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making.
- Leadership: Orchestrator, Influencer, non-hierarchical
