Whilst the role is a Marketing role that requires marketing flair and commercial competence, given the priority that DJ has for the business both locally and globally, we are seeking for a big business leader who will handle and lead the brand through strong commercial skills and understanding as well as leading global, regional and local business conversations with key multi-functional team members, integrating all parts of the business behind the brand’s strategy and outstanding execution of all plans, including innovation that is key in accelerating recruitment, Premiumization and overall brand’s performance.

- Beat Annual Operating Plan (Turnover & Profit)
- Beat the competition (in terms of Value Share and Brand Strength Score - Equity)
- Drive accelerated and sustainable value, recruitment and constant penetration.
- Lead the business in developing brand’s annual strategies & plans leading and encouraging multifunctional teams.
Qualifications And Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree. Master’s Degree Preferred.
- Experience in CPG and / or luxury industry of at least 5 years
- Graduate with at least 12yrs Marketing & Sales experience, with confirmed experience building leading brands.
- Outstanding relationship skills: consistent record to influence across functions and markets.
- Comprehensive marketing and financial decision-making experience.
- Shown success in building powerful emotional-benefit brands
- Experience using creative as a transformative force to build brands and grow businesses, including leading and developing strategies that put the brands at the heart of the culture.
- Shown success in leading a business in delivering a demanding P&L.
- Lead and implement budget and A&P planning wisely and effectively.
- Strategic problem solver with deep consumer understanding.
- High Energy, “can do” personality who takes strong ownership of the business. Results oriented with a huge drive.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, able to navigate a clear path forward even at times of ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Strong at building, coaching and leading teams. Experience of at least 5 years building and growing teams
- Strong commercial competence & customer understanding (On & Off Premise).
- Good at leading innovation strategies and detecting clear spaces of opportunity to capitalize in new occasions.
- Direct external agencies on the development, execution and measurement of marketing comms and activation plans.
- Excellent analytical and management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, across multiple functions.
- Proficient in English & Spanish
