Your Role:
As our Content Art Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our creative process, shaping visual experiences that captivate and engage. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Craft Compelling Visuals: Develop and design eye-catching graphics and master visuals for packaging, POS materials, and digital ads that align with our brand's story and guidelines.
- Design with Purpose: Adapt and enhance existing creative assets to meet the needs of our North American brand portfolio.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative brand strategies. Your input will be key in shaping our content and brand identity.
- Proactive Prototyping: Create quick mockups and prototypes to visualize concepts and iterate designs swiftly.
- Presentation Skills: Design and create stunning presentations that leave a lasting impression and support internal marketing efforts.
What You'll Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Agency or in-hose creative experience in art/ graphic design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Motion, After Effects, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
- Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate and collaborate in a diverse environment.
- Location & Commitment:
- This role is based in Mexico City, with the flexibility to work remotely, but you must be able to attend the office twice a week.

- Creative Flair: Strong skills in conceptualizing and executing visually striking designs for various touchpoints, including digital, print, and packaging.
- Detail-Oriented Mindset: Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to last-minute requests, and stay organized while ensuring high-quality results.
