In this role you will be an integral member of our Business Data Management team in our Madrid offices.

Your role:
As Business Analyst, you will be part of a multicultural team. You will work closely with local international teams based in Sweden, Finland, Belgium, NL, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Denmark, Italy, Portugal and Spain.
Your main tasks will be the following:
- Produce weekly, monthly & quarterly operational reports for the Group as well as ad hoc analysis upon request.
- Manage, maintain and optimize the company's performance by analysing with a critical eye the numerous operational indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Support the development and maintenance of the main work tools and reports by gathering data, performing data mining and analysis using tools such as MS Excel.
- Become a Business Partner by creating various dashboards for the Top Management to drive the activity.
- Perform cross-operations with other Departments of ALTEN (HR, Recruitment, and Finance).
- Provide the best quality reports and analysis for key deadlines
Your profile:
- We are looking for someone with an educational background in Business or equivalent, and previous experience in business analysis, mainly in data consolidation and dashboard creation.
- Technically wise, you need to have an advanced level of Microsoft Excel (Macros) and knowledge in PowerBI. You must feel comfortable working in Spanish and English, both at a written and spoken level. (Other European languages are a plus).
- As a Business Analyst at ALTEN, you must be a curious person, always eager to innovate and find creative solutions to data analysis projects. Furthermore, you have strong organizational and accuracy skill, you are rigorous, figure-oriented, autonomous, analytic and have attention to detail.
