Seasoned individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision. Serves as the subject matter expert on Product Management strategy and provides advanced insights into market performance and product trends. Acts as a thought leader on product development and drives data driven solutions for stakeholders and consumers. Leverages analytics and reporting to develop go-to-market strategies for new products.
Job Description
- Assists with the management of daily Product Management operations under limited supervision.
- Conducts complex analyses on consumer behavior, product performance, and market trends to improve the product strategy.
- Researches and evaluates new Product Management techniques and implements enhancements to existing processes and protocol.
- Delivers presentations to illustrate progress on product developments, launches, and roadmaps.
- Utilizes predictive analytical tools to forecast product performance in the market.
- Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson ' s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Administration or Business.
- Experience of 1 to 3 years as a Product Manager
- Ability to lead conversations with internal and external stakeholders, project monitoring.
