Responsibilities
The Opportunity:
The Transportation Lead for LATAM leads the strategic, productivity, and sustainability agenda for transportation and fleet operations across 15 countries. This senior role requires exceptional data analytics proficiency and strong communication and persuasion skills to drive initiatives, optimize processes, enhance performance, and ensure sustainability in alignment with corporate goals.
Your Impact
As LatAm Transportation Manager your scope would consist of
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive transportation and fleet strategies that align with the PepsiCo’s overall goals and objectives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage advanced data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring data-driven strategies enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Productivity Enhancement: Lead initiatives to improve transportation productivity, streamline operations, and enhance overall performance across the region.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Drive the sustainability agenda, focusing on reducing the environmental impact of transportation and fleet activities through innovative practices and technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and teams, using strong communication and persuasion skills to foster collaboration and support for transportation initiatives.
- Regional Oversight: Oversee transportation and fleet operations in 15 Latin American countries, ensuring consistent implementation of best practices and adherence to corporate standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transportation initiatives and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
- Education: Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of Supply Chian, Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement functional experience
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, with a proven track record of utilizing data-driven insights to optimize transportation operations. - Advanced Excel, Power Point, PowerBi
- Software: Blue Yonder, SAP, One Network
- Language: Spanish / English fluent / Portuguese
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
- Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams across diverse geographies.
- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
