Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Strategy Consultant to participate in strategic projects primarily focused on marketing. This role will join our growing and successful LatAm Team, reporting to the LatAm Marketing Director, himself reporting into our LatAm Managing Director. The Strategy Consultant will contribute to establishing and defining the acquisition strategy in our 4 LatAm countries (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Peru)

The Strategy Consultant will be a core member of the LatAm team, responsible for evolving the acquisition strategy across our markets.
Among other things, this role will:
- Help defining the strategy for acquisition for the LatAm region (Strategic Plan, Budget and transformation projects)
- Communicate business insights in a simple and persuasive way
- Understand marketing processes and best practices worldwide
- Process massive data sources in order to: segment clients, measure performance, compare initiatives, etc.
- Prioritize and manage different marketing and technology initiatives in parallel
- Analysing, manipulating, and interpreting data in order to propose different marketing solutions
- Liaising with different markets in order to determine best practices
- Direct support to LatAm Managing Director Office

Candidate profile
Experiences and Qualifications
- Experienced professionals with at least 5 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm
- Successfully achieved a bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record
Competencies
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in an international, multicultural setting
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish or Portuguese
- Availability to travel across our LatAm markets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - ability to build relationships and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Agility and ability to recommend quick and pragmatic decisions
- Experience in liaising and communicating with multiple stakeholders: both internal and external, across regions
- Ability to make decisions and to solve problems under time pressure and communicate it in a confident way, with a can-do mindset
- Strong solution focus, comfortable working in an environment which demands high calibre deliverables under tight deadlines
Additional complementary skills will be valued:
- Experience in data science projects such as regression models, decision trees, clusterization, etc.
- Experience in startups or fast paced environments. Versatility and agility with ability to be both technical and have a strategical business mindset
