As the Employee Engagement and Culture Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and strengthen our company culture. You will collaborate with various areas to foster an environment where employees are motivated, engaged, and aligned with Aeromexico’s business and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business and culture.
- Regularly assess employee engagement through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one interviews to gather feedback and insights.
- Design programs and events that promote a positive work environment and company culture, including recognition programs, leadership proximity initiatives, and cultural celebrations.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure company values and behaviors are integrated throughout all employee programs and communications.
- Monitor and analyze engagement trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and prepare actionable recommendations.
- Lead Aeromexico’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in employee engagement and culture management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- +7 years of experience in a human resources center of excellence (COE) such as internal communications, engagement, organizational development, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful employee engagement strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Qualtrics for tracking employee engagement.
- Advanced English proficiency.
